By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Prohibited Conduct:
You agree not to:

3. Products & Pricing

Availability:
All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund or cancel the order if necessary.

Pricing:
Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes (such as VAT).
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £70.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Product Descriptions:
We strive to describe our products accurately. Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur and do not constitute a defect unless the item is materially flawed.

4. Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Please note this does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods:
We accept secure payment options including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your chosen method.

Cancellations:
Orders can  be cancelled within  1 hour after purchase as they are sent straight to production. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Regions:
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and most European countries.

Delivery Times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: usually 7-10 working days

  • Europe Standard Delivery: 7-10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processes, or peak periods.

Dispatch:
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (midday) will be dispatched in 3 working days. order placed after this will be dispatched the next working day

Remote Areas
Some remote regions (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) may incur additional delivery charges. Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Risk of Loss:
Ownership and risk transfer to you once the parcel is marked as delivered. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email info@bekindskincare.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
